Dr Dimitris Papadopoulos is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology, University of Patras. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Peloponnese, with a dissertation on computational methods for differential equations with periodic solutions. His research interests include numerical analysis, computational methods, neural networks, and information systems. He has published extensively in international journals such as Computer Physics Communications, Journal of Molecular Modeling, Information, Mathematics, and Future Internet, as well as in leading international conferences on numerical analysis, applied mathematics, and computational methods. In addition, he has contributed to book chapters and co-authored academic textbooks. He has broad teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, covering mathematics, computational methods, and information systems. Beyond teaching, he has coordinated and participated in numerous research and development projects, including MUSEUM-NEXT, CYBEREMA, ILONET, and C. Karatheodori. His academic service includes acting as guest editor, reviewing for international journals, and serving as a member of scientific and organizing committees at international conferences.
