KEDIMA offers various types of programs such as programs for specific groups of teaching staff (e.g., newly appointed teaching staff, contract teaching staff), programs upon requests from Departments, as well as ad hoc programs for the application of specific means, techniques, and teaching methods (such as for upgrading the digital skills of the teaching staff, for the application of collaborative and student-centered methods, for the application of innovative approaches such as the flipped classroom). KEDIMA is housed in a special space with capabilities for in-person, teleconferencing, or hybrid programs. To date, it has developed ten packages of educational material for university education and participates in European networks for the upgrading of university teaching. It is noted that KEDIMA is directly connected with quality assurance processes as it operates within the framework of the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) and aligns with all the components of the Unified Quality Assurance System (ESDP) of the Institution.
